“ನೀ ನನ್ನ ಬಾನು,
ನಾ ನಿನ್ನ ಮೇಘ,

ಸ್ನೇಹವಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ನಮ್ಮಿಬ್ಬರದು ಬಲುಬೇಗ,
ಇಂದು ಕೂಡಿಬಂದಿಹುದು ನಮ್ಮೀ ಮಿಲನದ ಯೋಗ;

ಬಹುದಿನದ ಕನಸದು ನಿನ್ನ ಜೊತೆಯಿರಲು,
ಜೊತೆಯಿರುವೆ ನಿನ್ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಿನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಲದಲು;
